When a client we’ve finished working with sends us their sister, their neighbor, their accountant — that tells us we delivered for the client in the work we did.
Reviews.
Not how many we have — but what they say. We read every one. They tell us, in our clients’ own words, what we are doing right and sometimes, more importantly, what we need to do better.
