• At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit and stay on LA-1077 S.
• Turn left to merge onto I-12 E.
• Take exit 59 for LA-21 toward Covington/Madisonville.
• Turn left onto LA-21 (heading north and passing under I-12).
• At the first traffic light, use the left two lanes to turn left onto Ochsner Blvd.
• There will be a blue Ochsner sign on your right. Turn right into the office park.
• Drive to the back of the office park. Our office is the last building on the right, Suite 100.

From the West (Hammond):

• Take S Oak St. from downtown.
• Continue onto US-51 BUS S.
• At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto SW Railroad Ave.
• At the next traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto the Interstate 12 E ramp to Slidell.
• Merge onto I-12 E.
• Take exit 59 for LA-21 toward Covington/Madisonville.
• Turn left onto LA-21 (heading north and passing under I-12).
• At the first traffic light, use the left two lanes to turn left onto Ochsner Blvd.
• There will be a blue Ochsner sign on your right. Turn right into the office park.
• Drive to the back of the office park. Our office is the last building on the right, Suite 100.

From the South (Mandeville):

• From downtown, take Monroe St. towards the Causeway. 
• Turn right onto N Causeway Blvd.
• Continue onto Tammany Pkwy.
• Use the right lane to merge onto I-12 W via the ramp to Hammond.
• Take exit 59 for LA-21 toward Madisonville/Covington.
• Turn right onto LA-21 and cross to the left two turning lanes at the first traffic light.
• Turn left onto Ochsner Blvd.
• There will be a blue Ochsner sign on your right. Turn right into the office park.
• Drive to the back of the office park. Our office is the last building on the right, Suite 100.

From the East (Abita Springs):

• Head south on LA-36 E/LA-59 S.
• At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto LA-59 S/Level St.
• Turn right to merge onto I-12 W toward Hammond.
• Take exit 59 for LA-21 toward Madisonville/Covington.
• Turn right onto LA-21 and cross to the left two turning lanes at the first traffic light.
• Turn left onto Ochsner Blvd.
• There will be a blue Ochsner sign on your right. Turn right into the office park.
